Chilled Avocado Soup

Serves 4Perfect dish to fight off the summer heat!
Ingredients:
4 small avocados, peeled and chopped
3 cup favorite nut milk
2 tablespoon lime
juice
salt, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
sprinkle cilantro
sprinkle parsley
Preparation:
Put the chopped avocado into a blender and add approximately half of the nut milk. Add pinches of the salt and cayenne pepper and puree. Add the rest of the nut milk and process until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, but make sure you cover it so there is no discoloring. Before serving, add the lime juice and top each dish off with pinches of fresh cilantro and/or parsley, and enjoy!
