Chickenless Broth

Servings:
4 cups

When we served this to friends and family, they marveled at the "chicken" flavor of this vegan broth. No chicken in this broth, though. Use this as a base for "souping up" your favorite conventional recipes that call for chicken broth.

By Russell & Jennifer Halderman from the Raw FusionĀ® Kitchen www.RawFusionStore.com

Ingredients:

2 cups filtered water
1 cup fresh, organic celery juice
1/2 cup fresh, organic carrot juice
3 tbsp organic, chopped yellow onion
2 tbsp organic, cold-pressed olive oil
1 tsp fresh, chopped organic oregano
1 tsp fresh, organic thyme
1.5 tsp ground sea salt
2 fresh organic sage leaves
1 clove organic garlic

Preparation:

Add ingredients to blender.
Blend at high-speed.
Use in recipes that normally require chicken broth.
