1easy and awesome.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soaked&dehydrated buckwheat groats
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup
raisins
1/2 apple, sliced or cubed
cinnamon
nut milk
Preparation:
soak buckwheat groats overnight, and then dehydrate at 105-110 for about 7 hours or until completely dry.
add in all ingredients into a bowl and serve with your favorite
milk.
