Combine Cauliflower, Mango & Curry Powder in a food processor & chop to rice consistency!! Serve with Avocado on side. Variation # 2: Combine all together and blend until a soup consistency & Walaa- soup!! Variation #3: Combine all ingredients & blend into sauce, pour over sliced or chunked Avocado- It is so good with avocado!!!

I just made this with dates and Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste (because I figure curry powder isn't raw anyway...) and it was truly phenomenal. I intended to use a mango, but upon peeling it I found it was no where near ripe enough ;( I subbed the dates just looking for some kind of fruit-sweet to mimic the mango and it turned out amazing. I used about one date for every "floret" I cut from the head of cauliflower, Thanks for the recipe naturalkandy, it's gonna be a staple for sure :)

WOW this looks great I just have come off a fast

so I am looking for something kind of smushy anyway thanks for the recipe I hopefully will get to try it =^..^=
