Carrot Cake Garnish

I know there’s already a bunch of really tasty carrot cake recipes out there, I just wanted to share this super cute way to decorate one…
Ingredients:
1 carrot
a few sprigs parsley
Preparation:
Cut a few slices of carrot and cut long triangle shapes out of them. Pinch off little bits of parsley. Mark out slices in the frosting of the cake and make a little “carrot” on top of each slice! Looks very clean and professional…
