Carob Sesame Crisps
These are light and crispy and sweet & they help with those chocolate cravings!
1 cup Sesame Meal/Pulp
1 tablespoon Carob Powder, use less or more for personal taste
1 tablespoon Raw Agave
Nectar
3 tablespoon Shredded Raw Coconut Flakes, Ground into a fine powder
Well, I started with a lot of pulp from sesame Milk and I didn’t know what to do with it, so this was one of my creations! I didn’t measure as I went along, so these are all estimates. I’m sure these would be great with Goji’s cut up and rolled in… just a suggestion :) Take all of the ingredients and just mix in a bowl. The batter will be quite moist, so feel free to add more of the dry ingredients if needed. Roll some dough in your hand and form a ball. Place the balls on a Teflex sheet and then flatten with a fork. You’ll need to put some of the dough back into place and try to form a circular shape. You’ll know what i mean once you do it:) Put these in the dehydrator at about 110 and dehydrate for about 12 hours. Enjoy!
