A sweet crunchy treat for pudding or a naughty breakfast.
1 tsp nut butter
1 tsp agave (can sub honey or date syrup Im sure)
Soaked and dehydrated buckwheat.
Put the nut butter and agave in a small bowl and mix together. Stir in enough buckwheat to ensure that it is coated but not too thickly.
Eat and enjoy.
You can make as much or as little as you like.
This is really yummy. Almost like a rice crispy square. Make sure to sprout your buckwheat!
