Ingredients:

½ Banana
1 cup Canteloupe seeds and fruit
1 tablespoon Molases
1 tablespoon Raw sesame tahini
1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
Water

Preparation:

Blend together and then sift through cheese cloth or whatever you use to get rid of the pulp. This tastes really refreshing and a sweet treat. Good with cereal.

Permutations.. it probably didn't need a sweetener, but I'm still not fully accustomed to the raw lifestyle yet and so it didn't taste that sweet to me.. you are right though, Molases isn't raw... so if anyone is seriously 100% raw, stay away from it.

It is however very yummy, so good luck with it yardsnacker, it's a yummy drink.

Bananas and cantaloupe are both so sweet. Do you really need sweeteners on top of that? Also, note that molasses isn't raw.
