Cabbage Rolls
i got this recipe from Nomi Shannon's book, "The Raw Gourmet". It has lotsof pretty pictures in it. AND all kinds of incredibly useful charts in the back (sprouting, seasons of foods, food combining, etc). If you like this recipe, you'll like her other recipes and should probably just go ahead and buy her pretty book :) there are little notes about this recipe i didn't include
digests in 3 hours
Ingredients:
1 large cabbage leaf
1/2 avocado cut into chunks
2 olives, chopped
lentil or fenugreek sprouts
lemon juice
liquid aminos
dulse flakes
slivered red pepper
Preparation:
1. soften cabbage leaf in the dehydrator for 10 minutes or dip in hot water
2. mix the rest of the ingredients into mashed
avocado.
3. roll up in cabbage leaf
