I made this the other day with the stuff I had left in the fridge. I couldn’t find a recipe that had just the ingredients I had on hand so I came up with this. It turned out so nice I thought I would share.

Put all the ingredients in proportions that you like on a cabbage leaf and roll up! I like to put the first 6 ingredients after the cabbage on first. Then I sprinkle the herbs and spices.

i used 1/4 pepper, 2 small tomato, 1/2 a serrano pepper, about 1/3 of one of those little boxes of garlic sprouts, mrs. dash, garlic powder, and about a cup of sunflower seeds

i hate cabbage so i just spooned it on spinach leaves. it was pretty good :)

Yum! I made mine using collard leaves instead, not as crunchy. I'll try it next time I have cabbage with the crunch. Thanks for the recipe!
