Slice brussel sprouts thin. Grate a small amount of carrot.Mix tahini,honey,lemon together .Mix the dressing to your own personal taste.
I am on board with this recipe,although my boyfriend will probably make sad faces if I serve it,ha!I will write back and let you know my results.Looking forward to making this,yum!

I personally abhorred brussel sprouts and refused to eat them for the past twenty years. Then a friend had me try one just barely steamed with coconut butter, garlic, sea salt and pepper and I fell in love. Can't wait to try this!
I stole the recipe from the store next door.They are selling certain items for a yoga detox class .I too never thought of eating brussel sprouts raw but i really like this salad its hearty and filling .In my opinion it doesnt have to be marinated but since brussel sprouts are durable you can make a big batch and eat it for a few days or all week.For the record I think they taste better raw.

I too love brussel sprouts,I must say do not know too many that like them. I will have to try this. How long did you let it marinate in the dressing?
I remember eating them(cooked) in college with a marinade for lunch often,my roomates thought I was a bit weird.
i am one of the few that loved brussel sprouts steamed, cooked to almost mush by the way with nonbutter butter spread and a pinch of salt, so wonderfully , er shall we say, aromatic! ill give this a go too....
