brocoli salad

Servings:
serves 2 as a meal or 4 sidesA great way to get in some of that brocoli goodness!
Ingredients:
1 head of brocoli, broken into bite sise florettes
3 tablespoon Braggs or Nama shoyu
2 clove garlic ,
crushed
2 tablespoon raw agave necter
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation:
Place brocoli in large bowl.
Put everything else, except the seseme seeds, in a blender and blend until creamy.
Pour over brocoli,toss to coat and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
If you like you can eat it right away or make it an hour ahead.

Alix1962, I read your profile and the reason I have embraced raw again, is that I got a puppy 10 months ago and opted to feed her on the raw diet. Obviously with meat! It got me thinking that if I so strongly believe that is the best way for her, why am I not doing it?! No raw meat for me though. So we can both thank our pets for our healthy choices.
