DoDo, this salad is delicious and it was most satisfying! I did reduce the oil a bit and just chopped the avo. i also added a couple of tomatoes on the side. Very nice well done. I just love the quick and nutritious ones, I cook for 3 others on SAD so often i come last, so the most time effective and visually appealing is really good! -Thank you again.

Thanks DoDo, yep use ACV, now i know what it is. Thankyou for expanding my brain power.... will try this tomorrow, bought the broccoli specially today. looks yummo
youre welcome greenghost, carrie how about my sunflower sourcream dressing, really fast and keeps for days in the frige, frangipanni ACV is apple cider vinegar, very good for you and raw. i really hope you enjoy it, i should remeber not to abreviate (slaps wrist) :P
This looks fabulous; lucky that the broccoli from the greenmarket has been so yummy lately. Dodo, one question - how would this taste with just a bit of OO and no pine nuts? Since having reflux I've had to really cut back on fats (avo seems o.k.), and have not been eating nuts.
thank you khaas ladki, nothing makes me feel as good as being able to eat copious amounts of raw broccoli, its one of my wonderfoods, in this form it really doesnt feel like you are eating an enormous pile of raw veg,it feels like you are eating a lovely creamy nutty dinner. hope you enjoy it.

I added some extra chopped tomatoes on top - and used Matt Amsden's "Creamy Italian Dressing" - yummy!

can you suggest a good dressing to use? I don't really have a favorite salad dressing - i usually just use salt and lemon :)

i think it would still taste delishous, most recipes can stand quite a bit of fiddling about before they stop being nummy :)
