Tropical and yummy, perfect for an Aussie brekkie on a hot summer day.
Based on a recipe from Carol Alt’s “The Raw 50,” substituting fresh coriander for green powder (I like the fresh kick of the coriander).
1 Ripe Banana, peeled and sliced
½ Mango, pitted, peeled and sliced
¼ cup Pineapple, sliced
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1 tablespoon Almond butter/paste
1 tablespoon fresh coriander/cilantro, chopped
Blend it all up in a blender or food processor till smooth; if it’s too thick for your liking add some filtered water. Pour into a tall glass and drink up!
