Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach
1 Apple
3 Dates
1 tablespoon VitaMineral Green (or
similar)
1 teaspoon Ground flax seed (optional)
1 cup Water
Preparation:
Slam all the ingredients into the blender and kick it up!

Thanks for the recipe. I added more spinach to mine and subsituted a 1 and a half bananas for the apple. Really sweet.
