Super simple. Quite delicious. Not original but worth including in any raw recipe library.;>)
1 cup coconut milk ( the creamy stuff not just the water)
1 lemon quartered without rind
1 inch ginger root
sweetener to taste, agave, stevia...
1 cup ice
Blend all but ice until smooth. Then add ice and blend until smoothie-ish. Gulp down.
I found this recipe when I had extra coconut milk and was looking for a way to use it (along with a bunch of lemons) and WOW -- I am so glad I found this recipe!! It was SO delicious, so refreshing. I was moaning with pleasure as I sipped it. OK, gulped it. I really appreciate you posting this recipe!
