A really yummy mock granola cereal… serve it with almond milk! I made it for tomorrow’s breakfast:) It makes more than in the picture shown, i just wasn’t that hungry so i put the rest in a container in the fridge

Ingredients:

½ cup Brazil Nuts, Unsoaked
½ cup Pecans, Unsoaked
2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 dash Cinnamon
1 pinch Ginger Powder
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Raisins
1 Mejdool Date
1 teaspoon Raw Honey
1 sprinkle Hemp seeds
1 sprinkle black sesame seeds

Preparation:

Just blend all ingredients together in a food processor until crumbly texture.
add some fruit on top when serving for a nice finishing touch! ( i didn’t on mine though forgot oops:( )

Ok...this is really good. I made it this morning. I cut the recipe in half and it was still too much for me. It tastes more like a dessert! This is nice for those cold winter days....thanks for the recipe!

Wow, I just made this, and only skipped the hemp seeds, and I used rice milk and put delicious strawberries and half a banana on top. Enough for two people, and I'm in heaven! Thank you!

OMG made this today and it was AWESOME! New to raw, but could definitely stick around with food like this. I didn't have brazil nuts, so i sub. walnuts, I used fresh ginger and a dried fig since I was out of dates. Didn't have hemp seeds or black sesame, so I used sunflower seeds and regular sesame. Had it with almond milk and blueberries and it was the best cereal I've ever had.

Misscutecute - my daughter now eats this EVERY day, she loves it! We vary the nuts around and add goji berries to the mix, but I love that she's getting the hempseed and coconut oil every day. We also top it chopped apples or berries.

You can always soak and dehydrate to get the same crunchy consistency!

I made it and really liked it. I cut down on the coconut oil because that was a bit much for me. I think that you can also add some sunflower seeds and make little truffle balls or bars. Yum...

This has a very unique and delicious flavor with the black sesame seeds. However, I over processed it and ended up with a mushy butter so I added some crunchy buckwheat groats for bulk and put it out in the sun to dry. Thanks!

This sounds so great! Just please be sure to remember that nuts and seeds are soaked to activate them and make their nutrition optimally available.

I love that there's no soaking, dehydrating, etc. I can do this! Thanks!
