Blended Salad Drink if you Dare!

Servings:
Makes 32 oz.Very hearty, very filling, very spicy… “spinach smoothie”.
Ingredients:
1 bag baby spinach
1 sweet onion
3 tablespoon fresh basil or more
1
teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper!!
¼ cup water
2 dash sea salt
¼ avocado
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together… red pepper to taste of course… then add the avocado at the end. I also added 1 tablespoon of some raw ranch dressing I had. Super yummy! This is very filling… not a lot of slow-digesting fats. Sometimes I add lemon too!

i love spicy stuff and this soulds fun but I think for my first time I will add less cayenne. I'm a bit of a whimp.
