Recipe Directions

1. Mash blackberries. Mix with agave nectar if the berries aren’t sweet enough.

2. Add a little bit of water to help them get “icy.”

3. Pour into popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 6-8 hours.

Refreshingly sweet and rich blackberry popsicles.

Warning: It will stain your mouth!

My roommate/friend said, “THIS IS THE BEST POPSICLE I’VE EVER HAD…IN MY LIFE!!!”

Next time, I’m not going to do popsicles. I’m going to freeze the whole blackberry mixture and scrape it with tines of a fork to make a blackberry shaved ice dessert.

Holy Cow - Megan, i just went on your myspace and you have an incredible voice! I thought at first you'd have a very "sweet" voice, but i was amazed at how mature your voice was - very nice! I wish i had that kind of talent :)
