A Bitsa Salad

1 Hungry Person :)This is a simple salad i quite regularly make for dinner. It’s a sweet’n’sour taste which compliments all the ingredients.
Hope you enjoy it as much as i do!
Ingredients:
1 Mesclan Salad Leaves, Handful
1 Baby Spinach Leaves, Handful
1 Alfalfa, Chive & Garlic Sprouts, 1/3-1/2
Punnet
1 Avocado, Diced
1 Tomato, Cut into small wedges
1 Small Lebanese Cucumber, Cut in half lenghtways and sliced
1 Kiwi, cut in Quarters lenghtways and
sliced
4 Strawberries, Sliced
3 slice Paw paw or Red Papaya, Diced
¼ Red Capscicum, Sliced & cut into bitesize pieces
Red Onion, To
personal taste, thinly sliced
¾ Lemon, Squeezed over salad
Preparation:
- Toss salad leaves into a bowl
- Seperate and sprinkle sprouts over salad leaves
- Prepare the rest of the ingredients straight into the bowl
- Squeeze lemon over salad and toss well to combine
