Berry Simple Dressing

I usually have a bag of frozen mixed berries just for this purpose. It is easy to do out on the road. For us it usually makes enough for about four to six salads, but then I use more than my hubby does. I am still not big on salads yet so the dressing is everything!!

I havent seen this one out there so I hope I am not copying off anyone. If so, so sorry. It is just so simple I keep thinking a bunch of people have to be doing this already.

Sorry no photo I will try to work on that.

enjoy

Ingredients:

1 cup mixed berries (appox)
juice of 1 lemon
8 soaked dates
water from soaked dates as needed for consistancy

Preparation:

Blend together using date water as needed until you get the consistancy you like best.

How long do I soak the dates for? I'm new to Raw eating and am trying to find some easy basics to get me started :) Thanks!
