Ingredients
¼ cup Raw Sesame Tahini
3 Fresh Basil Leaves
¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
1 pinch Tumeric
1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
.125 cup Water *
1 Garlic Clove

I didn't use coconut water because I didn't have it. This dressing was good, but it pretty much just tasted like salt. However, its overpowering taste is largely my own fault because I don't think I spread it thin enough on my salad. I mixed it into romaine lettuce with some olive oil and freshly ground pepper. I also sprinkled pine nuts on top. I'll definitely make it again! It was so easy.

This is a very delicate dressing. The basil flavor was very mild. 1/4 cup of salt must be an error, I found 1/4 tsp was adequate. What flavor were you after with the tumeric? It seems to me to just add color, but my taste buds sometimes miss the mark. I love the lime in this, too.
