ooooooooooooh my goodness. let me tell you, i just finished this delicious recipe over a bed of baby lettuces, diced peppers tomatoes and cucumbers, cut up apples, raisins and mixed nuts and seeds...oh my! this may be my favorite new recipe for avocados! i took up sbutteramfly's advice and used a little bit less of banana andonly half the amount of tahini. thank you so much for sharing this :)

Delicious! I may use less banana next time. It seemed to overpower everything else. I used almond butter instead of tahini as you suggested lauraj. It worked wonderfully!

I just made this and ate it but I since I used all my kale in a smoothie earlier I just ate it with a cut up apple and I used a whole avo instead of half because they needed to be eaten. this was sooooo good. sooo satisfying, thank you.
