Banana Millet Bars
Simple, tasty, and easy to transport!
½ cup Millet, Soaked and Sprouted
Soak & Sprout millet.
Briefly soak dates to soften them.
Place Dates, Bananas, and spices (cinnamon & sea salt to taste) in food processor—blend thoroughly. Add sprouted millet and pulse (I like having the seeds be discernible in the final product…gives ‘em a nice crunch)
Pour evenly onto your Paraflexx or Teflex dehydrator sheet & spread out.
Cut into pieces.
