Banana ice-cream 'Pie'
These little banana ice cream pies are so delicious – and completely helped with my sweet craving yesterday afternoon!
1 cup raw brazil nuts, soak brazil nuts in water for 6 - 8 hours
¼ cup raw goji berries, soak goji berries in water for 1
hour
1½ tablespoon raw honey or agave nectar
2 bananas, remove skins and place in freezer for 6 hours
To make the ‘base’ of the pie:
1. Blend (using S blade) the soaked brazil nuts, goji berries and raw honey or agave nectar until quite smooth, but still crunchy
2. Make the mix into little patties and place on small dish
3. Take the frozen bananas and blend until creamy like runny icecream.
4. Pour the banana ice-cream over the patties.
5. Eat immediately!!!
They are sweet and delicious and helped me with my sweet craving yesterday afternoon!
