Recipe Directions

1. Pour coconut water and cashews in blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Add bananas. Blend until smooth.

3. Add coconut butter and vanilla and blend until smooth.

We had a couple of bananas in the freezer. I’d soaked some cashews yesterday, and we bought a jar of Artisana coconut butter this past weekend. It’s a forgiving recipe.

You can always add more or less of any given ingredient.

If you have a Vitamix, this will come out smooth as satin, but even my cheapo Black and Decker made quite a decent smoothie.
