Banana Apple & Walnut Pudding
Just for this site. Submitted by www.RawWayToHealth.com
This is a smooth, sweet pudding, perfect for cooler months but anytime’s a good time for this delicious treat! You can adapt it in many ways, too.
1 banana
2 red apples
6 prunes
½ cup walnut
halves
Firstly, you can alter the ingredients if you wish: you may like to have 2 bananas and one apple, or use pears instead of apples or a combination – it’s really very versatile. I have also tried this with dried apricots instead of prunes and it’s
delicious that way, too.
Regarding the walnuts – the amount is roughly 1/2 a cup, but 2/3 would give a thicker, creamier consistency (much more divine!).
Right, so basically all you have to do is combine everything in a blender and let it rip! When completely smooth, transfer it
to a small bowl and enjoy!
If you leave it to whiz long enough, it will start to become slightly warm, which is lovely during winter. Especially nice in winter if you use dried apricots with a little cinnamon and nutmeg! Mmmm!
