I made this as a snack and instantly thought “This would make a great baby food” I plan on making this for my daughter when she’s ready to start trying food. It’s easy to make and is a healthy way to start a baby on raw..

Congratulations on posting! I am always helping my parents on the internet and so I know how frustrating it can be. I think it's amazing that people can connect this way. Cinnamon is great for regulating blood sugar and who doesn't like bananas so this is a great recipe to start with. Bananas are pretty sweet to me but I just buy what I can get which is Chiquita. Is that what you have there or do you actually have the real thing? When you think of it this kind of thing would be so great to feed kids as a substitute for regular pudding that you put about a cup of sugar in. It's amazing that people will feed their kids pure sugar and think it's good for them because there is milk mixed in as in Jello pudding. If you could get everyone around you to feed their kids naturally - you'd basically be saving their lives!

Cinnamon is supposed to be great for people with diabetes, as writeeternity said, for regulating blood sugar. Plus, it tastes good ;-)

this is simple, but it's still a good breakfast for grown-ups too! :) maybe with flax seed like envirogenny suggested. Will make it for sure when i get some more bananas!!

some flax meal would be good in there to thicken it up a bit (to make it like pudding).

:D I'm so glad that it seems like this is a hit.. At first I thought it would be a boring recipe and no one would really be interested.. Just a note, "lily" really seems to like it and kicks to let me know. My mom-in-law mentioned to me about not eating cinnamon during pregnancy but when I checked it out online I found very, very conflicting stories.. one saying it's great and one saying it can do all kinds of things.. So now I'm looking for someone with herbal knowledge to help me out.. I don't eat cinnamon very often and when I do it's only about a teaspoon (if that).. I'll definately post the info if I can find it..
