1Yummmmmmmmmm. A savory green smoothie that leaves you feeling buzzy and grounded at once.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 bunch cilantro
1 lemon, juiced
1 stalk
celery
1/2 cucumber, peeled
handful sprouts
2 tsp umeboshi plum past, or sea salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
2 tsp
dulse flakes
Preparation:
Chop cucumber and celery. Spoon out avocado. Put all ingredients in blender, adding water as needed for a soupy texture. Whiz, whiz, whiz, and then pour into a bowl or tall glass. Garnish with nori flakes.
