A note about the dressing**
You can make your own raw dressing pretty easily:
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fig puree
1 clove garlic, minced
pinch fresh black pepper
pinch celtic sea salt

Something else to use my craberries with! I actually just bought some things to make my own balsamic vinagrette.
