Recipe Directions

1. Cut the avocados into chunks and and slice the tomato.

2. Add to a small mixing bowl.

3. Sprinkle with salt.

4. Add the rest of the cubed and sliced fruit to the mixing bowl. Mix well with a spoon.

I make a salad like this with some dates in it. It's a favorite meal - light and filling at the same time.

This sounds like a WONDERFUL mix of different fruit tastes. I love that you added tomato in there, most people wouldn't of thought about that. Mandrian oranges would be a good variety for this one!!! Avocados are my FAVORITE. I can eat them with anything. I'm the kind of sweet tooth who would drizzle agave nectar on this salad and sprinkle dried coconut on top. Thank you for your kind offering.
