This tastes just like Chocolate pudding. Much healthier though. My dad that hates Carob, loved this…we did not tell him it had carob in it until afterwards.
1 Avocado, pitted and mashed with a fork
1 large spoonful or more Carob
1 tablespoon or so of raw honey, agave or any other sweetener
Stir the three ingredients in well. Next time I make it, I might experiment with a little bit of raisins or such. You can also do this in the food processor but unless you were making a TON (expensive) the fork works well.
