Avocado 'Chocolate' Pudding

1This tastes just like Chocolate pudding. Much healthier though. My dad that hates Carob, loved this…we did not tell him it had carob in it until afterwards.
Ingredients:
1 Avocado, pitted and mashed with a fork
1 large spoonful or more Carob
1 tablespoon or so of raw honey, agave or any other
sweetener
Preparation:
Stir the three ingredients in well. Next time I make it, I might experiment with a little bit of raisins or such. You can also do this in the food processor but unless you were making a TON (expensive) the fork works well.
