This is a quick and easy recipe Made with a few of My Favorite Foods... and I love the fact that it takes like Two Minutes to Prepare...
1 Avacado
1-2 Tablespoons of Italian Olive salad
1 Handful Of Mung Bean Sprouts
Cajun Seasoning or Salt and Pepper
Cut the Avacado in Half and Carefully Scoup out the 'Meat' into a bowl. Mash it up to your liking, add Seasoning Of Your Choice. Stir.
Lightly Stir in 1-2 Tablespoons of Italian Olive salad
Toss 1/2 Handfull Of Bean Sprouts into the Avacado Shells
Spoon Avacado Mixture on top of the Sprouts.
