Avo-arugula on tomatoes

Serves 1I whizzed this together and it was really tasty. Reminded me of “egg in a cup” if anyone else knows what that is?
Ingredients:
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, chopped
1 handful of arugual (rocket)
1
clove garlic
1 squeeze of lemon
1 pinch himalayan salt
Preparation:
Put everything except the tomato in the food processor with S blade. Blend until a nice paste consistency. Spread on the tomato slices.
