Avo Almond Hummus

Ingredients: 

2 cups almonds, soaked 24 hours and peeled
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup tahini
juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. cumin
fresh thyme or za'atar mixture for garnish

Preparation: 

combine all ingredients in the food processor and process using an 's' blade.
garnish with fresh thyme or za'atar mixture, diced tomatoes, and a little olive oil if you're into that sort of thing.
serve with sliced cucumbers.
