makes 4 cupsFusion of various tastes – crisp juicy and tart together with of sweet/tart and very sweet/tender makes delightful bled, especially combined along with warming spices of ginger and nutmeg.
Ingredients:
2 each Granny Smith, Braeburn, Golden Delicious, apples
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ lime,
juiced
2 tablespoon honey or ...
½ cup stong ginger tea, pre-steeped
1 dash cayenne pepper, nutmeg, camu camu, sea salt, to taste
Preparation:
Peel and core all apples blend all ingredients, serve and rejoice with wonderful flavor of the season.
