apples in cinammon

Who does not love apples with cinnamon? :)
Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seeds, sprouted
10 dry dates
2 tablespoon cinnamon
150 ml
water
1 pear
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon mixed spice
2 tablespoon mesquite
1 tablespoon cacao
powder
1 sprinkle raisins
1 apple
Preparation:
Blend first 8 ingredients up and pour over chopped up apple, sprinkle with raisins. done.
