apple oatmeal cookies

yummy way to use up leftovers.
Ingredients:
apple pulp (left over from home-made juice)
raw oat grout pulp (left over from home made oat milk)
raw agave
nectar
cinnamon
Preparation:
stir apple pulp and raw oat grout pup together (i used about equal parts). sweeten to taste (i add very little) and add cinnamon to taste. dehydrate.

i make oat milk exactly how i make nut milk:soak raw oat grouts overnight, blend with soaking water, strain out the pulp. i like it because it is so much cheaper!
