Apple Ginger Lemon Fruit Roll Ups
Apple-y, gingery, lemony goodness.
3 pound apples, cored and roughly chopped
3 tablespoon ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
3 lemons, peeled and seeded OR juiced
3 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender and puree until smooth.
Distribute evenly onto 3 dehydrator sheets, (I have an Excalibur).
Make sure to make it thicker around the edges as that area tends to dry out faster.
Set the temperature to 105 degrees and dehydrate for about 12 hours.
Peel off and put some into your mouth. Chew, swallow and repeat as necessary.

P.S. I sometimes add up to 1/3 cup ginger if I want more of a bite.
