Serves 4-5 cupsI’m sure this is a common smoothie, but I find that the type of apples and greens used make a big difference. For mine, I love to use fuji apples and spring mix because the sweetness of the fuji and the bananas compliment the greens well. Yet, whatever your preference may be, I’m sure you’ll agree that this smoothie is simple yet very tasty. :)
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 fuji apples, cut and core removed
2 cup spring mix or any greens you
choose
2 cup filtered water
A couple of ice cubes (optional)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy. ;-)

bananas are hibrid food and many does not consider it to be health beneficial

I had this for an early breakfast. I can't handle much sweet right after I wake up, so this was just the thing! Thank you.

Very simple and healthy-- good combination. It's something you can make any time because I'm sure everyone has these staples lying around. I only had 1 Fuji and I used a Granny Smith for the other apple. Not extravagantly sweet but definitely a big punch of nutrients! =)
