For spread today on Cauliflower, Celery, and thin sushi slices of Eggplant … awsssome!
First, bunch shredded kale into Vitamix, garlic cloves (i lv this stff)4, tomato leftovers were very nicely marinated from yesterday (italian) today I want Salsa Hot
Spicey (ready to feel the heat!)1/2 cup of coriander, marjoram, peppers (2- Mirasol or Pasilla ..kidding anything hot is good!) Once you hand crush these babies or Thai peppers have a good alcohol or lavender oil rinse, yes, I always find my eyes itch or something takes my hand to my face for some reason … who wears gloves in kitchen?,
now Cameron, my grandson, did the spice additions, sea salt his palmful, 1/2 cup fresh ground coriander, fresh ground (today using the little salton coffee grinder alot, MagicBullet and Vitamix), sesame seeds (1/2 cup), what a blast for little kids!! away from the XBox!, Osage bottled pimentoes (very nice addition – rarely see on fresh or raw menus), chopped portabello’s (1/2 cup) ... 1/2 tsp. cumin, tyme and just about anything that makes you happy. VITAMIX IT!
Cauliflower and Celery are waiting for you along with the Eggplant (what a wrong name for such a versatile veg. – Jewelplant better!)
SLICe you beautiful eggplant to a not thin/not thick nt/nt, “Bread”, reserve at least half for dehydrator, and keep the lunch/supper? portion of thin sliced SUSHI variety on hand for outrageously good meal.
OK tomorrow I eat the dehydrated Bread version of this recipe, man my mouth is watering! Also had room in the Homey Dehydrator for the portabello and eggplant slices. Looking forward to making Chili!!
