Almond Juliette

Servings:
8 cupsrefreshing almond/orange drink
Ingredients:
1 cup raw almonds, soaked, rinsed, & drained
4 cup water
¼ cup agave
nectar
4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 vanilla bean
Preparation:
Make the sweetened almond milk by blending almonds, agave and water until liquified. Strain mixture through a mesh bag (no, cheesecloth will not work!).
Measure 4 cups milk into blender and add 4 cups orange juice and one vanilla bean. Blend until vanilla bean is totally liquified.
Chill and enjoy!

this sounds absolutely delicous! Can anyone tell me how long the almonds should be soaked please?

All I can say is...yum! For this morning, I made full amount of almond milk and then half of the almond juliette. I have enough almond milk left over to make another round tomorrow morning (although the almond milk is so good I'm not sure it will last until then)!
