i have been reading and reading.. if i am going to do this i want to do it right. HELP!!
Must have dazed off by end of last message...You then put it into whatever shape you want, put it in fridge, and it becomes hard and will stay solid at cooler room temperatures.
redsunflower, you can also make chocolate bars by using raw cocoa powder and liquid coconut oil. To liquify the oil put the jar in a pot or bowl of warm water and stir until most of it is liquid. Put about 1/2 cup oil into bowl and start adding
cocoa powder. You can really add as much as you want. More=stronger flavor. Then add sweetener of choice to get it as sweet as you want.

Oops. Well I actually came across some at my local whole foods store but have also made them before putting nibs in a saucepan over the stove making sure the temperature never went over 100 degrees. When you mix it, it will be thick and then you
can form whatever shape you want.

Virginia: I think your inquiry would be more appropriate in the forum.
About the recipe: Wow that looks amazing! I may just have to make the bars you suggested, erin!
