This is one of my favorite things to eat. When I started going raw, I was so glad that I could still have this. I don’t know what is so great about it, the taste(although not the ideal food combining :) combinations are just so good to me.
1 banana, sliced in half lengthwise
2-4 tablespoons nut butter, depending on the size of the banana
small handful raisins, or as many as desired
Take the sliced banana and put it on a plate. You can cut it in half widthwise at this point, I often do. Anyway, smear with your favorite nut butter, liberally apply raisins, and enjoy!! Don’t forget a nice glass of mylk to wash it down!
