1I’m just starting to eat some raw foods. I was in a grocery store today looking at raw nut butters, and could not afford twelve bucks for a jar of almond butter, so I made this.
Ingredients:
24 almonds
½ banana, mashed with fork
Preparation:
Pulverise almonds in a mortar and pestle. (You could use a food processor I think.) Add almond meal to mashed banana and mix with a fork.
