A delicious sauce to go with my Curry Mushroom recipe or with whatever else you might like!
Ingredients:
Meat from one or two Thai coconuts
1 Mango, Chopped
1 teaspoon fresh or dried lavender flowers
1 teaspoon sea salt
Drizzle of Balsamic
vinegar
Coconut water to make smooth
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in blender adding coconut water until desired consistancy.
