Beet,Thyme and Sesame together : my very first own cracker recipe that rocks! Hope you like it too! this bread is crisp but not crumbly and has a very nice flavour and a great slightly pink colour.
¾ cup sesame seeds, soaked and rinced
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked and rinced
½ big carrot
½ medium beet
½ white or yellow onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon fresh thyme, (or more)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 pinch powdered ginger
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon flaxseeds, soaked for 15 min
1—Grate the carrot and the beet, dice the onion
2—Blend everything in your food processor (scrape the sides off every now and then) until you get a sort of paste.
3—Spread evenly onto 2 Teflex sheets and dehydrate at 110°F for 8 to 9 hours
Great when topped with almond fermented yoghurt and veggies!
