serves 1Yea, i know its a silly name. but i thought it fit hehe :). this a very delicious and nutritious drink that u=i have every morning before i eat anything solid including smoothies.
Ingredients:
Juice from 1 lemon OR lime
1 cup Spring water
¾ cup Coconut Water
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Bee Pollen (Or even more if you
like!)
3 pinch Cayenne Pepper Powder
Preparation:
Just throw it all together, stir it, and enjoy it :)!
