¾ cup Seeds (pumpkin,hemp,sesame,etc.)
4 cup Purple Caulifower( white or gold is fine)
2 pinch Dill Weed
2 pinch Garlic Powder or Onion Powder, or
both
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 cup Filtered Water or to desired consistency
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency. This recipe has the consistency of mashed potatoes, but has a lot more flavor. Place around with the amounts of herbs or add some other kinds for a different taste every time.
