Ingredients:
Large Cucumber, Cut in half
Lemon, Cut in half
Medium Jicama, Cut in half
Preparation:
With a vegetable peeler – peel both jicama and cucumber into thin slices like the picture.
When your done squeeze the lemon on top, add some salt or chili powder and ENJOY!!
